Because of food allergies my children and I take a Vitamin B complex tablet every day. We use the soft gel because it seems to absorb better, and is easier on the stomach. To date I’ve only found the soft gel at GNC, but I haven’t really had to look else where, as GNC is down the street from me. Best of luck.
